living all over the world, eventually settling in nearby Hoosick Falls,
NY in 2007.
Wallace and his wife, Yong, have 7 children and 10
grandchildren. They enjoy camping and traveling and Wallace is
a fire-fighter for the town of Hoosick. He is also an elected Fire

Wallace literally grew up a citizen of
the world. In his younger years he lived in France, Germany, Turkey, and
Iran, then graduating from Fishburne Military School in Waynesboro, VA.
An Army career followed with time back in Iran and in Viet Nam, leaving
via medi-vac to Hawaii.
As a youngster, Wallace spent summers
in Landgrove, Vermont, visiting family. He developed a love for Vermont
and thought he might eventually settle in our area.
After
working for the US Government, Wallace began a corporate career with
Western Union that took him from Hawaii, to DC to NJ, and over to Japan
& Korea. Wallace returned to the states, left Western Union, and
began a successful career in the automotive business. We are delighted
